At ArtsCalibre Academy, we believe the answer lies in the long-term impact on each child’s growth, confidence, and overall love of learning.

We are a registered educational institution, and no taxes are charged on any of our fees.
ArtsCalibre Academy is pleased to partner with TUIO, an online tuition management system that allows our school to easily manage payments and enables parents to pay school fees in one centralized place. Through TUIO, families can conveniently set up payments (e.g., credit cards, Pre-Authozied bank withdrawal), receive reminders, and view billing information directly from their account.
TUIO uses secure encryption to protect financial information, ensuring that all transactions are safe, confidential, and fully protected. This system streamlines administration, ensures timely payments, and provides reliable record-keeping for both parents and the school.
Families may choose from three payments plans:
- Pay in full by September.
- Two payment plan.
- A monthly plan over 10 months.

Parent Volunteer Program - Building Community Through Parent Engagement
At ArtsCalibre Academy, we believe that a strong school community is built through meaningful partnerships with families. Parent engagement is a cornerstone of our culture, and we value the time, talents, and perspectives that families bring to our school.
We encourage parents to take an active role in school life through a variety of opportunities, including volunteering at events, supporting classroom initiatives, participating in fundraising efforts, and contributing to committees or the Board of Directors. These experiences not only strengthen our programs, but also deepen connections between families, staff, and students.
Volunteering at ArtsCalibre is both impactful and rewarding. It allows parents to be directly involved in their child’s educational journey while helping to foster a vibrant, supportive, and collaborative learning environment. Together, we create a community where every student can thrive.
To support this shared commitment, ArtsCalibre has a parent volunteer program which is based on per family (not per student). Families may choose to:
- Volunteer 20 hours over the course of the school year, or
- Pay the $400 volunteer fee, due in June of each school year
This flexible approach ensures all families can participate in a way that works best for them, while continuing to support the strength and sustainability of our school community.
