Governance
ArtsCalibre Academy is owned by the ArtsCalibre Foundation, established under British Columbia law to operate an independent, not-for-profit school.
Our community of parents are the members of the ArtsCalibre Foundation.
The ArtsCalibre Foundation Board is committed to providing education programs and services that are arts-infused.
Constitution:

ArtsCalibre Foundation achieves this purpose by:
The ArtsCalibre Foundation purpose is to provide arts-focused education while meeting all the requirements and standards of the British Columbia Ministry of Education Curriculum.
The ArtsCalibre Foundation achieves this purpose by providing:
- Offering a learning program for students academically from kindergarten to grade 9.
- Providing learning spaces during school hours (8am - 4pm).
- Providing additional support services.
- Offering before and after school extracurricular programs.
- Summer camps that are arts-and-scienced based.
- Providing related community programs.
Foundation Board of Directors:
A board of governors, elected by members of the Foundation, autonomously governs the School.

Board Committees:
The Board of Directors conducts much of its work through committees.
The Board Committees are as follows:
- Executive Committee
- Finance Committee
- Facilities Committee
- Governance Committee
- Development Committee
- Education Committee
- Nomination Committee
General Member Qualifications:
General Members must:
- have at least one child registered with the school; or
- have applied for membership; and
- have the application approved by the Board.
The following are ineligible for General Membership:
- any person who is employed by the School; and
- any person under the age of 18.
ArtsCalibre Foundation Bylaws:
The ArtsCalibre Foundation bylaws were approved by the Foundation members on March 6, 2025.
