Finding the "Right Fit"
As part of our admissions process we love to get to know you and your child, and determine exactly what you are looking for in a school. As an innovative independent school we have the benefit of small class sizes, nurturing environments and a challenging academic approach...but what else sets us apart from other schools? At ArtsCalibre Academy, staff and students consistently "bring their best" as they work together to create an atmosphere of inspiration, self-direction, integrity and dedication.

Step 1 - Prospective Student Questionnaire (Preschool - Grade 12)
Please take a few minutes to complete our Prospective Student Questionnaire, which gives us a glimpse into your child's world. Once the Prospective Student Questionnaire (PSQ) has been submitted, we'll reach out to you as soon as possible to guide you through the 'next steps' in our admissions process.
Step 2A - Meet our Incredible Early Childhood Educators (Preschool)
A private tour of the preschool with our lead Early Childhood Educator will be arranged.
Step 2B - Video Submission (Kindergarten - Grade 12)
As part of 'finding the right fit', it is very important to us that prospective students are a good fit within our creative school community. When we invite prospective students to submit a video, we want them to tell us (and show us) what they are most passionate about. That may include one or more Fine Arts disciplines such as music, dance, theatre or visual expression, or it may be a favourite academic subject - we want to hear and see it all! We love the imagination and creativity that students' bring to this process of introduction. As a way to build connection with prospective students, we want to hear "what inspired and interested you about ArtsCalibre?" and "how do you learn best?" In a nutshell, your "why" for choosing ArtsCalibre Academy!
Step 3 - Invitation to Register
If accepted, you will be sent an invitation to register along with the applicable forms to complete.
As a very closely-knit school, it's important for us to meet you and answer any questions that you may have. We want to ensure you are completely comfortable with your decision to join ArtsCalibre Academy. Prospective families are warmly invited to attend our Open House, scheduled for Monday, January 29, 2024. This is key for parents to understand the ArtsCalibre community of learners.
